Cancellation policy

From time to time, we’ll drop new gear on pre-order so you can lock it in before it lands.

When you place a pre-order, you’re securing a product before it’s back in stock or officially released.

We may take full payment or a deposit at checkout and charge any remaining balance when your order is ready to ship.

You can cancel a pre-order anytime before it’s been fulfilled. Once it’s shipped, it falls under our Returns & Replacements Policy.

We’ll keep you updated on timing — but as with any new drop, delays can happen. We’ll always keep you in the loop.

We may offer subscription options in the future for certain products.

If and when we do, you’ll have full control to manage, pause or cancel anytime — no lock-ins, no surprises.
