Hydro Harness is the newest ‘baby’ of Brett Beuzeville, father of five, Master Builder and co-founder and owner of award-winning StepUp Constructions, together with his wife, Kammi. Through his own lived experience of seeing tradespeople struggle to drink enough water during the work day — and the many dire consequences — he decided to research ways to make hydration easier for everyone on worksites.

In his mission to develop a hydration system that solved the practical problem of keeping cool water close by in a comfortable, wearable pack that connects to all toolbelts, Brett also took into account the importance of durability and looking the part, too. He has turned a personal pain point as a business owner and builder into something the whole industry can benefit from — a safer and healthier workplace thanks to good hydration.
